摘要
某些抗生素类生长促进剂(AGP)如四环素和洛克沙砷的促生长作用与降低胆盐水解酶(BSH)活性有关,BSH是一种由肠道微生物产生的酶,它对宿主脂肪的消化和利用有负面影响。有研究表明,使用某些抗生素能显著降低乳酸杆菌的数量,而肠道内大部分的BSH是由乳酸杆菌产生的。因此在日粮中添加BSH抑制剂可能会促进宿主脂肪代谢以及能量吸收,从而有助于改善畜禽的生产性能。
The growth -promoting effect of some antibiotic growth promoters and roxarsone was closely (AGP) including tetracycline related with decreased bile salt hydrolase (BSH) activity, which is produced by intestinal microhiota. BSH has an adverse impact on fat digestion and utilization of host. Researches demonstrated that some AGP could decrease population of Lactohacillus spp., which prodnced most BSH in the intestine. Therefore, addition of BSH inhibitor could promote host lipid metabolism and ahsorption, which wouht contribute to enhancingenergy animal growth performance.
