益生菌发酵饲料对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及脂质代谢的影响 被引量:15

Effects of Probiotics Fermented Feed on Production Performance,Egg Quality and Lipid Metabolism of Laying Hens

摘要 该试验旨在研究饲粮中加入益生菌发酵饲料对蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响。试验选用22周龄健康京粉6号产蛋鸡360羽,随机分为4个组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂在基础日粮中分别加入4%、6%和8%的益生菌发酵饲料。预试期30 d,正试期120 d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,饲粮中加入6%的益生菌发酵饲料能够显著提高蛋鸡的产蛋率和平均蛋重(P<0.05),未显著影响平均日采食量和料蛋比(P>0.05);(2)与对照组相比,饲粮中加入益生菌发酵饲料未显著影响蛋壳强度、蛋白高度、哈氏单位、蛋壳厚度(P>0.05),但加入6%的益生菌发酵饲料组显著改善了蛋黄颜色(P<0.05);(3)与对照组相比,饲粮中加入益生菌发酵饲料极显著降低了蛋黄中甘油三酯和胆固醇含量(P<0.01),加入6%的益生菌发酵饲料组蛋鸡血清甘油三酯含量和总胆固醇含量分别比对照组分别降低了30%和16%。因此,饲粮中加入益生菌发酵饲料能够提高蛋鸡的产蛋率和平均蛋重,降低鸡蛋蛋黄中胆固醇、甘油三酯和血清中胆固醇的含量。综合各项指标,推荐蛋鸡益生菌发酵饲料的加入量为6%。 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of probiotic fermented feeds on egg production performance.A total of 360 layers(Jingfen No.6,22-wk-age)were assigned to 4 dietary treatments(6 replicates/treatment and 15 birds/replicate).The control group was provided with the basal diet,while the experimental groups were provided with 4%,6%and 8%probiotics fermented mixed feed,respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 30d and the experimental period lasted for 120 d.The results showed that:(1)compared with the control group,adding 6%probiotic fermented mixed feed significantly increased the egg production rate and average egg weight of laying hens(P<0.05),however,it had no significant effects on average daily feed intake and feed egg ratio(P>0.05).(2)Compared with control group,the addition of probiotics fermentation feed in the diet had no significant effects on eggshell strength,protein height,huff unit and eggshell thickness(P>0.05).Whereas yolk color of the probiotic fermented feed with 6%addition was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,the contents of triglycerides and cholesterol in egg yolk were remarkably decreased(P<0.01).The triglyceride and total cholesterol levels in serum of laying hens added with 6%probiotic fermented feed decreased by 30%and 16%,respectively.In conclusion,adding probiotic fermented feeds to the basal diet can increase egg production rate,average egg weight,and reduce the contents of cholesterol,triglyceride in the egg yolk and cholesterol in the serum.Furthermore,the optimal additive level of probiotics fermented feed is 6%.
