摘要
在掌握了定向钢纤维水泥基复合材料制备方法的基础上,为研究钢纤维分布均匀性对材料断裂能的影响,通过在振捣过程中对试件受力位置施加外部磁场,使得基体中的钢纤维形成非均匀分布,由三点弯曲试验研究了不同钢纤维分布均匀性下水泥基复合材料的断裂能,建立了在钢纤维掺量为0.9%时,受力断面上钢纤维数量、方向系数与断裂能之间的关系式。
On the basis of mastering the aligned steel fibre cement - based composite material preparation method, the influence of steel fibre distribution uniformity on the fracture energy of cement - based composite materials is investigated.The distribution uniformity of steel fibre in the matrix can be changed through adding an external uniform magnetic field in the process of vibrating. Here, a three - point beam test was applied to study the fracture energy of steel fibre cement - based composite material under different steel fibre dis- tribution uniformities, establishing the formulation to describe the relationship between steel fibre distribution uniformity and fracture en- ergy when the dosage of steel fibre is 0.9%.
