Experiment and Study on SFRC Subjected to Impact Loading

摘要 采用SHPB装置对不同钢纤维体积率(Vf)的钢纤维混凝土(SFRC)进行多应变率动态力学性能试验研究,测出其应变率敏感阀值,试验表明,当应变率在阀值内升高时,SFRC峰值应力增长缓慢,弹性模量基本不变,应变率超过阀值后升高时,材料动态强度和弹性模量均增长较快,而且,Vf越大,动态强度提高幅度越大。在冲击条件下,钢纤维对SFRC最显著的贡献是增韧,当应变率较高时,基体试件破碎成渣,而同应变率时的SFRC试件还能够基本上保存中间的主体,呈现出“微裂而不散,裂而不断”的破坏形态。 With SHPB testing method, the dynamic mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) with different fiber volume fractions ( Vf) under impact compression with different strain rates were studied. The rate-sensitive rate value of SFRC were acquired by tests. The experiment results showed that the maximum .stress raised slowly and elastic modulus almost kept constant when the strain rates raised within the threshold value, whereas the dynamic strength and elastic modulus raised quickly when the strain rates raised beyond the threshold value, moreover, the larger the Vf became, the more rapidly the dynamic strength increased. In addition, when .subjected to impacting load, the outstanding contribution of steel fibers towards the SFRC were toughening. That is, SFRC specimen developed cracks but the overall shape of the specimen remained virtually unchanged, however, under the same strain rate, the matrix specimen were broken almost into small pieces.
