不同钢筋强度和钢纤维类型的混凝土梁抗弯性能试验研究

摘要 设计了6组钢纤维混凝土试件梁,研究了不同钢筋强度和不同类型钢纤维对钢纤维混凝土梁的受力过程、纵筋应变、钢纤维混凝土应变、试件梁跨中挠度和裂缝分布的影响。结果表明:钢筋强度等级越高,混凝土梁的抗弯性能越好,但钢筋的强度等级对截面刚度和裂缝宽度影响较小;钢纤维可显著提高混凝土梁的抗弯性能,增大其截面刚度,减小裂缝的宽度。 Six sets of steel fiber reinforced concrete specimen beams are designed in this paper.The influence of stresses of different steel bars and different types of steel fiber on steel fiber reinforced concrete beams,longitudinal reinforcement strain,steel fiber reinforced concrete strain,mid-span deflection and crack distribution of test specimens is studied.The results show that the higher the strength grade of the steel bar,the better the bending resistance of the concrete beam,but the strength grade of the steel bar has little effect on the section stiffness and the crack width and that the steel fiber can significantly improve the bending resistance of the concrete beam and increase the stiffness of sections,reduce the width of the crack.
