摘要
为了检验武钢研发的高强度级别工程机械用钢HG785的焊接性能是否满足工程技术要求,加快该钢种的推广应用,本文对20 mm规格的HG785钢焊接工艺性能、焊接材料及焊接热影响区、焊缝性能及组织变化规律进行了研究。结果表明,HG785钢等强匹配FK1000焊丝气保焊接头力学性能亦达到该钢种工程技术要求。
To test the project technicality of high intensity level engineering machinery steel welding performance HG785 developed by Wuhan Iron and Steel ( Group ) Corp, in order to accelerate the popularization and application of the steel, the welding performance specifications for 20 mm HG785 steel, welding materials and weld heat-affected zone, weld properties and changes of tissues were studied. The results show that HG785 steel and other strong gas shielded welding wire matching FK 1000 head have reached the mechanical properties of steel engineering and technical requirements.
