摘要
对E36,CF60,HQ60,HQ70和NVD40低碳低合金结构钢焊接接头的疲劳裂纹扩展性能进行了实验研究.结果表明,在应力比R=0.1的实验条件下,各钢种焊接接头的焊缝金后均具有良好的抗疲劳裂纹扩展能力,焊缝金属的显微组织变化对其亚临界疲劳裂纹扩展速率的影响较小,仍可用Paris公式来描述该阶段的疲劳裂纹扩展过程.
The propagation of fatigue crack in'bead-in-groove* welds was studied experimentally for suchlow-carbon and low-allot structural steels as E36,CF60,HQ60,HQ70 and NVD40 with constant load of R0' 1 applied to. It was found that the fatigue crack propagation resistance of weld metals with high yieldstrength is higher than that of base metals. The effect of microstructure on the crack propagation rate of weldmetal is small and,above the threshold region,a da/dn v. ax relationship of weld metal can be expressedsimply by Paris law.
