摘要
通过气保护焊接工艺性能试验、焊接接头力学性能试验及组织结构分析等,对高强度工程机械用钢HG980的焊接性能及相关组织结构进行了研究。结果表明,焊接接头综合力学性能优良,焊接接头过热区组织为贝氏体,焊缝中含有较多的针状铁素体。
The weldability and microstructures of welding joint of HG980 steel were studied by means of gas shielded welding.The mechanical properties of joint and metallurgical structures were tested.The results showed that HG980 welding joint has superior mechanical properties.The structure of the coarse grain heat affected zone(CGHAZ)was bainite,and in weld metal it had high acicular ferrite volume fractions.
