摘要
文章采用不同焊接实验参数对Q890D的焊接性进行了研究。通过对比焊接接头综合力学性能及微观金相组织,制定出合理焊接工艺及焊后热处理工艺,使焊接接头性能满足产品的使用要求。同时进行不同工艺参数条件下的熔敷效率、焊道成形性及飞溅量变化研究,对Q890D焊接冷裂纹敏感性、焊接材料熔敷金属力学性能及扩散氢含量进行了测试。
In the paper,the weldability of Q890D is studied with different welding experimental parameters.The reasonable welding and post-weld heat treatment processes are worked out through comparing the comprehensive mechanical properties and microscopic metallographic structure of welded joints so that their properties can meet the requirements of using product.Moreover,the deposition efficiency,formability of weld bead and change of spatter amount with different process parameters are studied,the sensitivity of welding cold cracks,mechanical properties of deposited metal for welding material and content of diffusible hydrogen for Q890D are tested.
