摘要
高职学生的满意度是反映高职院校办学水平和服务质量的因素之一。高职学生满意度问卷调查和访谈结果显示,高职学生满意度整体水平一般。对于影响高职学生满意度的教学质量、学生发展、学院管理、基础条件、学校形象、学生支持这六个要素,高职院校要进一步完善,提高学生满意度,提升院校的办学质量。
Higher vocational college students’ satisfaction is one of the factors to reflect the running level and quality of service of higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational college students’ satisfaction questionnaires and interviews showed that, students’ satisfaction level is general. For the impact of the teaching quality of student satisfaction, student development, school management, the basic conditions, the image of the school, the students support the six elements, higher vocational colleges should further improve and enhance students’ satisfaction, to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges.
