摘要
在云模型理论的基础上,建立基于正态云理论的不平衡报价识别模型,对各投标人工程量清单的不平衡报价进行识别,解决不平衡报价识别的模糊性和随机性问题,进一步对中标人各主要分部分项工程的不平衡报价及其变化态势做出评估,并提出相应的应对策略。
By using the theory of cloud method, article created identification method of unbalanced bids based on Normal Cloud Model to solve the fuzzy and random problem. It not only recognizes unbalanced degree of bidder bid, but also estimates the imbalance degree and change trend of winning bidder bids, and briefly proposes the corresponding countermeasure.
