精馏塔再沸器典型温度控制方案的分析与优化 被引量:3

摘要 化工设计中精馏塔再沸器温度控制方案众多,文章列举了两类典型的温度控制方案,分别为传热平均温差Δt_m和传热面积A控制方案。对上述两类控制方案分别从控制原理、控制效果、投资等方面进行分析,找出各自的优缺点,并逐步提出优化方案,以期满足不同的设计工况。 In chemical design, there are many schemes in temperature control for reboiler used in distillation column. In this article, two typical kind of schemes were demonstrated, that are the scheme using average differential temperature Δt_m and scheme using heat transfer area A. These two schemes were analyzed from control principle and control effect respectively. The pros and cons for two schemes were found, and then the optimum scheme was proposed so as to adapt different working conditions.
