摘要
基于压力平衡原理,介绍了卧式热虹吸重沸器安装高度的计算方法。并结合工程实例,对50万t/a气体分馏装置中精丙烯塔底重沸器进行了安装高度的计算,确定了最低安装高度为5.04m,对相关设计有一定的借鉴意义。
Based on the principle of pressure balance,the calculation method of the installation height about horizontal thermosiphon reboiler was introduced. Combined with engineering examples,the installation height of the propylene tower reboiler in the 50 million tons / year gas fractionation unit was calculated,and the minimum installation height of 5. 04 m is determined. This has certain reference to the engineering design.
