摘要 云爆弹是新一代轻型系列武器中的面毁伤武器,采用失效树分析方法,确定了仓储某型云爆弹的失效模式,研究了主要失效因素,并通过试验验证了硝酸异丙酯对推进剂的安定性能和燃烧性能以及对电火工品的影响。发现硝酸异丙酯渗漏后会降低推进剂的储存安定性,影响推进剂的燃烧规律并会溶解溶胀电火工品,导致其失封。 Fuel air explosive is one of surface damage weapons in light weapon serie of a new generation. This paper used failure tree analysis method to determine the failure mode and studied the main failure factors. The influence of isopropyl nitrate on the stability and combustion performance of propellant, and the performance of electro-explosive device were studied with experiments. It is found that the leakage of isopropyl nitrate can cause the damage to the storage performance and affect the combustion rules of propellant. Meanwhile isopropyl nitrate can dissolve the rubber parts of electro-explosive devices which can lead to the loss of seal of electro-explosive devices.
