摘要 为研究硝酸异丙酯对三基发射药燃烧性能的影响,利用密闭爆发器测试了三基药在混合了硝酸异丙酯环境中的燃烧性能。测得了发射药的压力曲线和微分曲线,确定了最大压力和燃烧时间,计算得到了气体生成猛度、压力全冲量、火药已燃百分数、火药力和余容等参数以及燃烧速度定律。通过研究发现:硝酸异丙酯会使三基药的燃烧时间延长、燃烧速度减慢、燃烧速度系数减小、压力指数增大。 In order to study the influence of isopropyl nitrate on combustion performance of triple-base propellant,the closed bomb is used to test the combustion performance of triple-base propellant in the en-vironment of isopropyl nitrate.Pressure-time curves and their differential curves are obtained,and maxi-mum pressure and combustion time are determined by analyzing curves.Combustion performance parame-ters including gas generated brisance,pressure impulse,percentage of gunpowder burned out,impetus, covolume and combustion velocity law are calculated.It is shown that isopropyl nitrate can make the com-bustion velocity slowed,combustion time prelonged,combustion rate coefficient reduced and pressure in-dex increased.
