摘要
现场教学具有教学主体的多元性、教学内容的针对性和教学目的的实效性等特点,是符合干部培训规律的一种教学形式。但目前在干部培训院校开展的现场教学尚存在对现场教学的重要性认识不足、从感性认识到理性认识的提升不足以及现场教学效果的持续性不足等问题。因此,干部培训院校应重视现场教学,在提升现场教学评议环节质量、打造专业性强的现场教学师资队伍和增强现场教学效果持续性等方面下功夫,以提升现场教学水平。
Site teaching has the characteristics of pluralism of teaching participator, targeted teaching content and effectiveness of teaching purpose, which is consistent with the form of cadre training teaching law. But some problems exist in scene teaching; insuffi-cient understanding of the importance, lack of promotion from perceptual to rational knowledge and lack of sustainable teaching effect.Thus, it is essential that the cadres training institutions should pay attention to scene teaching. In order to enhance the scene teaching, it is vital to improve the quality of teaching appraisal process, to create a professional field teaching staff and enhance site sustainability of teaching effectiveness, etc.
