摘要
文章总结王小云教授运用五脏辨证治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的临证经验,根据'五脏配五行'理论,通过运用五脏生克乘侮之规律来指导本病的诊治,并指出五行化五志,注重情志因素致病。治疗上,以扶正与祛邪相结合贯穿治疗始终,重视心身同治,临床疗效显著。
This paper summarized professor WANG Xiao-yun’s clinical experience in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency with the five zang viscera syndrome.According to the theory of’five zang viscera and five elements’,the diagnosis and treatment of this disease is guided by using the rules of five zang viscera promote and inhibit each other to guide the diagnosis and treatment of the disease,and pointed out the five elements of five minds,pay attention to the emotional factors pathogenic.In terms of treatment,strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor is used throughout the treatment,and the emphasis is on the treatment of the mind and body.The clinical effect is remarkable.
