摘要
祝由是中国古代一种神秘文化观念,从隋唐至明代,在医学诸科中均设有祝由专科,但是自清代以后,祝由疗法逐渐退出了医学领域,至近现代更被人们视为一种迷信糟粕而遭唾弃。从现代心理学角度剖析祝由术认为:祝由是一种以语言信号为基本治疗媒介的传统暗示疗法;祝由术的起效借用了宗教治疗的力量;祝由术与催眠疗法有异曲同工之妙。祝由术起效的机制包括归因替代、象征感应、诱导转移、从众心理的利用等。因此,从学科交叉的角度发掘祝由术的合理内涵,无论对拓宽中医学的研究领域,还是对完善本土心理学都大有裨益。
Zhu You therapy is a kind of Chinese ancient mysterious cultural therapy.From the Tang to the Ming Dynasty,it existed in Chinese medical therapy.But form Qing dynasty,it began to disappear.Now it was even seen as the dross that should be discarded.This article analyzed Zhu You Therapy from the aspects of psychology： Zhu You therapy is a traditional suggestion therapy based on speech signal,which depended on religious psychotherapy.Sometimes Zhu You is effective because of hypnosis.Zhu You therapy＇s therapeutic efficacy shares something in common with the principles of modern psychology such as attributed substitute,symbol,induced diversion,conformity utilization and so on.Thus,perceiving reasonable meaning of Zhu You therapy from the aspect of interdisciplinary science have been very important and valuable.They will do their devotions for expanding Chinese traditional medicine and improving local psychology.
