摘要
《黄帝内经》中记载的古代解剖是古代医家以朴素直观的方式认识人体最为真实可靠的第一手资料,同时其结合古代哲学思想初步建构起了传统中医理论体系的雏形。文章试从《黄帝内经》中古代解剖的角度,浅溯《黄帝内经》的解剖认识,通过探寻古代解剖中脏腑结构、形态、位置等对脏腑学说的推演构成,剖析经络学说中以针灸为主体的针灸经络理论与以循环为着眼的血脉经络理论的推演分化,希冀阐述在中医理论形成与发展早期中由解剖到理论的推演过程。
Ancient anatomy recorded in Huangdi Neijing is the most authentic and reliable first-hand data for ancient physicians to understand human body in a simple and intuitive way.At the same time,it preliminarily constructs the rudiment of traditional Chinese medicine theory in combination with ancient philosophical thought.According to the research of ancient anatomy in Huangdi Neijing,this paper trace back to the understanding anatomy in Huangdi Neijing,exploring the deduction and construction of the structure,shape and location of viscera in ancient anatomy on the Zang-fu theory,explores the structure,shape and location of viscera in ancient anatomy on the Zang-fu theory,and analyses the deductive differentiation between the theory of acupuncture and moxibustion as the main body and the theory of blood channel with circulation as its focus in channel theory,hoping to elaborate the deduction process from anatomy to theory in the early stage of the formation and development of traditional Chinese medicine theory.
