摘要
目的:探究活血定眩胶囊对椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)模型大鼠血清免疫细胞因子肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)的影响。方法:90只健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组及治疗组3组,每组30只。对照组不做处理,模型组及治疗组采用复合造模法制造CSA模型大鼠。治疗组在造模4周后开始活血定眩胶囊药物干预6周。分别在造模前、干预前及干预后3个不同时间点每组各取10只检测血清TNF-α、IL-6及IL-1β含量。结果:干预前,模型组与治疗组的血清TNF-α、IL-6及IL-1β含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。与本组造模前分别比较,模型组及治疗组干预前血清TNF-α、IL-6及IL-1β含量均显著升高(P<0.01)。与本组干预前进行比较,模型组干预后血清TNF-α、IL-6及IL-1β含量升高(P<0.01),治疗组干预后血清TNF-α、IL-6及IL-1β含量降低(P<0.01)。与模型组同期比较,治疗组干预后血清TNF-α、IL-6及IL-1β含量降低(P<0.01)。结论:活血定眩胶囊可降低CSA大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6及IL-1β含量。
Objective: To investigatethe effect of Huoxue Dingxuan Capsule on serum immunocytokines TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β in cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(CSA) rats. Methods: Ninety healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, model group and treatment group, with 30 rats in each group. The model group and treatment groupwere treated with composite molding method to make CSA model rats. 4 weeks after modelingthe rats in the treatment group were treated with Huoxue Dingxuan Capsule for 6 weeks. The levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β in serum of 10 rats in each group were measured before modeling, before and after intervention respectively. Results: Before the intervention, the levels of serum TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β in the model group and treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01). The levels of serum TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β in the model group and the treatment group were significantly increased after the modeling(P<0.01). The levels of serum TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1βin the model group were significantly higher compared with the model group before the intervention(P<0.01), and thelevels of serum TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1βin the treatment group were decreased after the intervention(P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the levels of serum TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β in the treatment group were decreased(P<0.01). Conclusion: Huoxue Dingxuan Capsule can decrease the contents of serum TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β in CSA rats.
