摘要
目的:研究银翘散高压煎药机最佳煎煮工艺。方法:本试验选取绿原酸、芦丁、橙皮苷、牛蒡苷、连翘苷、合煎液中浸出物与相对密度为指标,采用单因素考察和正交试验相结合的方法,选择浸泡时间、加水量、煎煮时间3个因素,每个因素选取3个水平进行正交试验。结果:加水量对检测指标具有显著性影响。结论:银翘散高压煎药机最佳煎煮工艺为A3B3C2组合,即将银翘散组方饮片浸泡45min,加14倍水,煎煮20min,煎煮1次。
Objective: To investigate the optimal high pressure Chinese materia medica(CMM) decoction process for Yinqiao Powder by orthogonal experiments. Methods: Single-factor test combined with orthogonal test were used in this experiment, chlorogenic acid, rutoside, arctiin, phillyrin, hesperidin, extraction of solution and relative density were selected as testing indexes, and soaking time, water amount and boiling time were selected as three influencing factors, orthogonal test was carried out with three levels of each factor. Results: Water amount showed significant influence on the testing indexes. Conclusion: The optimal high pressure CMM extractor decoction process for Yinqiao Powder by orthogonal experiments was the combination of A3B3C2, as soaking the decoction pieces of Yinqiao Powder for 45 mins with 14 times the amount of water, then decocting the solution for 20 mins.
