正交试验优选银翘散常压机器煎煮最佳工艺研究 被引量:5

Optimization of decoction process for Yinqiao Powder with atmospheric machine by orthogonal experiments

摘要 目的:研究银翘散常压煎药机最佳煎煮工艺。方法:本试验以绿原酸、牛蒡苷、连翘苷、芦丁、橙皮苷,合煎液中浸出物与相对密度为指标,采用单因素考察和正交试验相结合的方法,选择浸泡时间、加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数4个因素,每个因素选取3个水平进行正交试验。结果:浸泡时间、加水量、煎煮时间对检测指标具有显著性影响。银翘散常压煎药机最佳煎煮工艺为A1B3C3D2组合,即将银翘散饮片浸泡15min,一煎加16倍水,二煎加10倍水,煎煮2次,每次常压煎药机煎煮25min。结论:本研究通过单因素考察与正交试验优选银翘散最佳常压机器煎煮工艺,对规范中药汤剂煎煮工艺具有积极意义。 Objective:To research the best decoction process for Yinqiao Powder with atmospheric machine.Methods: Taking leachate of decoction,including Chlorogenic acid,Rutin,Hesperidin,Arctinin,and Phillyrin,and relative density as index, this test selects four factors such as soaking time,water addition,boiling time and boiling times,each factor selects three levels for orthogonal experiment by the method of single factor investigation combined with orthogonal test.Results:Soaking time, water addition and boiling time have significant influence to detection index.The best decoction process for Yinqiao Powder is combination of A1B3C3D2 with atmospheric machine,as soaking the decoction pieces of Yinqiao Powder for 15 mins,decoction with 16 times the amount of water for the first time,the second decoction with 10 times,and decocting 2 times for 25 min every time with atmospheric machine.Conclusion:The best decoction process for Yinqiao Powder is selected based on single factor test and orthogonal tese,which has positive significance for standardizing the decoction process.
