摘要
通过整理研究历代岭南名医使用温热药的诊疗经验,探讨扶阳学说的地域适用性。同时,基于对历代岭南医学文献中扶阳学说理论及临床实践的检索与归纳,并结合岭南的气候环境、当地人体质特点、扶阳的理法方药,分析该学说的地域适用性。晋唐提倡辛温治岭南特色病;宋元主张温热治瘴;明清善于温补培元。岭南扶阳学说最终于清代确立并传入岭南,其适用性是恢复了阳气正常运动的气机,使阴阳升降有序;温补了素体虚损的阳气,将浮阳导入命门,使君相当其位。
To summarize and investigate Lingnan physicians' experience of applying warm-hot herbs to treat complicated diseases and analyze its applicability.Basing on the retrieval and summarization of Lingnan medical documents which included strengthening yang theory,analyze the applicability from the aspects of local climate,environment,residents' constitution,the principle-method-recipe-medicines based on the theory.During the period of Jin-to-Tang Dynasty,pungentwarming method was advocated to cure specific Lingnan diseases.From Song to Yuan dynasty,treating miasm by warming method was encouraged.From Ming to Qing dynasty,warming and nourishing the vitality was emphasized.Lingnan strengthening yang theory was finally established in Qing period and spread into Lingnan district.Its applicability was recovering the normal movement of qi,maintaining the promotion and demotion of yin and yang,nourishing the lacking of yang and guiding the floating yang into the gate of vitality.
