摘要
四逆汤是《伤寒杂病论》中辨治少阴阳虚阴寒证的重要代表方,可在临床中辨治诸多疑难杂病并不局限于少阴阳虚阴寒证;文章重点探索四逆汤方药作用及病位、解读方药及配伍,得出附子、干姜、甘草作用特点并不局限于少阴,并可辨治太阳、阳明、少阳、太阴、厥阴等诸多病变;权衡四逆汤方证之发热、脉沉、膈上有寒饮、四肢拘急、大汗出、厥逆、内寒外热,运用四逆汤辨治房室传导阻滞、肠痉挛、失眠、肌肉困痛,而不能仅局限于某一病变部位或症状表现,临证只要审明病变证机是阳虚,用之即能取得良好效果。
Four inverse soup is Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases important representative in treating yin yang deficiency cold syndrome, in the clinical treatment of many difficult diseases is not confined to the yin and yang deficiency cold syndrome.The paper focuses on interpretation of Sini Decoction including its clinical effect, location of disease, and incompatibility of drugs, thus concluded that the effect of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, Rhizoma Zingiberis, and Radix Glycyrrhizae is not limited to Shaoyin disease, but also the Taiyang, Yangming, Shaoyang, Taiyin, Jueyin and many other diseases; Since the corresponding symptoms, such as fever, deep pulse, cold fluid retained in lung, spasm of limbs, profuse sweating, deadly cold, and intermingled endogenous cold and exogenous heat, Sini Decoction can be used to treat atrioventricular block, intestinal spasm, insomnia, muscle trapped pain, and not only confined to a single lesion or clinical symptoms,as long as the pathogenesis is yang deficiency, which can achieve good results.
