摘要
以菊花为主要原料的保健食品共计304项,主要功效包括缓解视疲劳、增强免疫力、清咽、辅助降血脂、辅助降血压。在构建含菊花的保健食品配方数据库的基础上,运用关联规则中Apriori算法和Kulc、IR参数对菊花保健食品原料配方规律进行探究。分析结果表明54项缓解视疲劳保健食品中,最常见的原料是枸杞子、决明子,关联性较强的配方为菊花-当归-熟地黄,菊花-枸杞子-决明子等;50项增强免疫力保健食品中,最常见原料枸杞子、甘草,关联性较强的配方为菊花-茶叶-金银花;44项清咽保健食品中,最常见原料是金银花、薄荷,关联性较强的配方为菊花-蜂蜜-苦杏仁、菊花-苦杏仁-川贝母等;38项辅助降血脂保健食品中,最常见原料是决明子、山楂,其关联性较强等配方是菊花-丹参-红花,菊花-决明子-山楂;25项辅助降血压保健食品中,最常见原料是茶叶、葛根,关联性较强的配方为菊花-红花-杜仲叶,菊花-决明子-葛根等。研究结果为大别山地区福白菊资源的高效利用提供了依据。
There are 304 kinds of health food with chrysanthemum as the main raw material,which mainly including health food for relieving visual fatigue,health food for enhancing immunity,health food for clearing pharynx,health food for auxiliary hypolipidemic and health food for assisted hypotension.Based on the establishment of a health food recipe database with chrysanthemum as the main raw material,the apriori algorithm and Kulc and IR parameter in association rules were used to explore the formula rule of health food of chrysanthemum.The results showed that the most common ingredients in 54 health foods for alleviating visual fatigue were Lycium and cassia seed,and the formulas with strong correlation were chrysanthemum-angelica-rehmannia,chrysanthemum-wolfberry-cassia seed,etc.Among 50 health foods for enhancing immunity,medlar and licorice were the most common ingredients,and the formulas with strong correlation were chrysanthemum-tea-honeysuckle;among 44 health foods for clearing throat,honeysuckle,peppermint were the most common ingredients,and the formulas with strong correlation were chrysanthemum-honey-bitter almonds,chrysanthemum-bitter almonds-unibract fritillary bulb,etc.Among 38 items of health food with lauxiliary hypolipidemic,cassia seed and hawthorn were the most common ingredients,and the formulas with strong correlation were chrysanthemum-salvia miltiorrhiza-flowers carthami,chrysanthemum-cassia seed-hawthorn.Among 25 items of health food with assisted hypotension,tea and pueraria lobata were the most common ingredients,the formulas with strong correlation are chrysanthemum-flowers carthami-eucommia leaves,chrysanthemum-cassia seed-pueraria lobata,etc.The results provided a basis for the efficient use of chrysanthemum morifolium Fubaiju in the Dabie Mountain area.
