摘要
小学教育专业因其专业性、职业性的特殊要求,其培养方式与中学教师、高校教师的培养方式存在着很大的差异。落实《教师教育课程标准》精神,完善小学教育专业的培养路径,需要在体现专业差异层次培养的基础上,从改进培养方案、完善课程体系、保障招生选拔和落实就业政策等方面进行改革。
Required by its disciplinary specialty and occupational particularity, the training methodology of primary education pro-fessionals is quite different from that of secondary or higher education. To implement the guidelines of Curriculum Standards and ad-vance training for primary education professionals, it is recommended to improve the training program, enhance curriculum develop-ment, revamp the admission selection system and carry out employment policies, while recognizing the variations of professionaltraining at different levels.
