摘要
新课程背景下的数学教学技能主要包括备课技能、说课技能、上课技能、评课技能和研课技能。在教学实践中,我们以"中学数学教材分析"、"数学微格教学"、"说课指导与训练"、"中学数学教学改革专题研究"等系列课程为载体,将教、研、训、习等多元活动贯穿于课程学习中,结果表明,这一探索与实践有效提高了师范生的数学教学技能。
Theoretically,mathematics teaching skills under the background of new curriculum contain teaching planning skills,lesson plan presentation skills,lesson evaluation skills,and lesson study skills.Practically,normal school students' mathematics teaching skills can be improved through multi-activities of teaching,studying,training and exercising while carrying out the series of curricula practice such as Middle School Mathematics Teaching Material Analysis,Mathematics Microteaching,Guidance and Training of Lesson Plan Presentation,Monographic Study on Teaching Reform in Middle Schools.
