摘要
为指导生产品种合理布局和害虫发生程度预测,在室内苗期评价了来自西南和长江流域620份水稻生产品种对白背飞虱和褐飞虱的抗性。结果表明,共筛选出苗期抗白背飞虱水稻品种30个,抗褐飞虱水稻品种27个,皖稻51、荣优225、汕优736、西农优10号、糯稻N-2、C两优513、冈优364和珍辐糯等8个品种在苗期对2种飞虱均表现抗性。将45个抗、感程度不同的生产品种种植于位于广西兴安县的鉴定圃,所有品种在分蘖期和灌浆成熟期单株平均虫量均显著低于感虫对照品种TN1,表现出明显的抗性。糯稻N-2和西农优10号对白背飞虱和褐飞虱表现出全生育期抗性;苗期感白背飞虱的川谷优204、K优404、威优156和湘丰优103及苗期高感褐飞虱的陆两优996均在分蘖期和灌浆成熟期对2种飞虱表现出抗性。研究表明苗期表现抗性的品种成株期均表现为抗性,而苗期表现感虫或高感的品种,成株期除感虫对照TN1以外亦均表现为抗性。这种苗期感虫品种在成株期普遍抗虫的现象,值得进一步研究和利用。
In order to guide the deployment of resistant varieties and help the prediction of damage caused by Sogatella furcifera(white-back planthopper,WBPH) and Nilaparvata lugens(brown planthopper,BPH),620 commercial varieties were evaluated for their resistance at the seedling stage in this laboratory. The result showed that the seedling bulk tests identified the resistance in 30 varieties to WBPH and 27 varieties to BPH. Wandao 51,Rongyou 225,Shanyou 736,Xinongyou No. 10,Nuodao N-2,Cliangyou 513 and Zhenfunuo were proved to be resistant to both WBPH and BPH. 45 commercial varieties with different degrees of resistance and susceptibility to WBPH and BPH were planted in the evaluation nursery located in Xing'an county,Guangxi and investigated for the number of planthoppers at the tillering and late filling stages,and the majority of the 45 varieties expressed certain degrees of resistance to WBPH at the tillering stage or BPH at the filling stage,with the number of planthoppers significantly lower than susceptible control(TN1). Nuodao N-2 and Xinongyou No. 10 showed whole-stage resistance to both plant hoppers while Chuanguyou 204,Kyou404,Weiyou156 and Xiangfengyou103 were resistant to both planthoppers at the tillering and filling stages although they were susceptible to WBPH at the seedling stage. Luliangyou 996 also expressed resistance to both planthoppers at the tillering and filling stages in the field although it was highly susceptible to BPH at the seedling stage. The results indicated the prevalence of adult resistance in commercial varieties currently used in Southwest China and the reach of Yangtze River,which would be valuable for further application and studies.
