西南稻区稻飞虱及引起水稻矮缩病病毒的分布研究 被引量:16

摘要 2010-2012年5-8月在西南稻区的四川、云南、广西、贵州和重庆等地对稻飞虱及其传播病毒病植株进行田间调查和室内鉴定.结果表明,白背飞虱在西南地区分布最广,且在各个调查均有发现;褐飞虱主要分布在西南稻区的东部和南部,四川盆地西部未见;而灰飞虱则主要分布在温度较低的滇西高原和四川盆地北部甚至更北的西南稻区,并在飞虱危害较轻的2011年成为田间优势种群;除滇西高原外,西南稻区各地水稻生长季节部分白背飞虱携带南方水稻黑条矮缩病毒,带毒率在2.5%~10.0%之间;南方水稻黑条矮缩病是西南稻区水稻当前最主要病毒病,历年在贵州东南部发生危害,部分田块矮化株带毒率达到100.0%,但在滇西高原和四川盆地未见其危害;在褐飞虱和白背飞虱混合发生地区,南方水稻黑条矮缩病毒和水稻锯齿矮缩病毒能复合侵染水稻;而在白背飞虱和灰飞虱混合发生地区的云南保山发现有水稻条纹叶枯病,在四川新都则发现了水稻黑条矮缩病. Field investigation and laboratory identification of planthoppers and their spread virus causing dwarf symptoms on rico was conducted from May to August during 2010 -2012 in Sichuan, Yunnan, Gnangxi, Guizhou, and Chongqing. The results showed that white-hacked plant hopper was found at every sampling site and were most prevailing species in Southwest China. Brown planthopper were mainly found in the eastern and southern parts of Southwest China and rarely to be recorded in Sichuan basin. Small brown planthoppor was mainly found in western part of Yunnan plateau and northern part Siehuan basin of lower temporatm'e and becarae the dominant species during the year of low- er population density of planthoppers. 2.5 % - 10.0 % of the individuals of white-backed planthopper carried southern rico black-streaked dwarf virus (SRBSDV) except for the plateau in westemYunnsn, where no SRBSDV disease were observed as well as in Siehuan basin. The disease has been recorded in Guizhou provinco for a long history and as high as 100.0 % of the dwarfed rico plants were positive in SRBSDV assay. The dual infection of SRBDV and ragged stunt virus (RRSV) were observed in the areas of the mixed population of WBPH and BPH. Rice stripe virus ( BSV ) were found on japonica rice in Baeshan of Yunnan and rico black-streaked dwarf virus ( RBSDV ) were found on In- d/ca rice in Xingdu of Sichuan where mixture of WBPH and SBPH were prevailing.
