淹水胁迫对水稻品种次生物质的影响及其与褐飞虱取食量关系 被引量:8

摘要 以6个抗褐飞虱水稻品种为试材,采用盆栽淹水试验方法,研究淹水胁迫对抗褐飞虱水稻品种次生物质的影响及其与褐飞虱取食量的关系。结果表明:淹水胁迫对水稻品种次生物质含量变化有影响,但影响程度因品种而异。受淹水胁迫的影响,Ptb33和570011草酸含量、TN1和IR56、B.W、RP1976-18-6-4-2总酚含量及RHT单宁含量在淹水后均增加而高于对照;而TN1单宁含量和Ptb33总酚含量在淹水后则均减少而低于对照;RP1976-18-6-4-2草酸含量、RHT和570011总酚含量及B.W、Ptb33和570011单宁含量变化波动较大。进一步回归分析结果表明:淹水后,仅褐飞虱生物型Ⅱ雌成虫在抗虫品种570011上的取食量与稻茎草酸含量、稻茎总酚呈显著负相关,褐飞虱孟加拉型雌成虫在抗虫品种RHT上的取食量与稻茎草酸含量呈显著正相关。 Taking the six resistant rice varieties of BPH as test materials,a pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of flooding stress on secondary metabolites of resistant variety and relationship with feeding amount of BPH. The results indicated that the influence of flooding stress on secondary metabolites of resistant variety was obviously,but it's different in different varieties. The content of oxalic acid in Ptb33 and 570011,content of total phenols in TN1,IR56,B. W and RP1976-18-6-4-2,and the content of tannin in RHT were increased and higher than control after flooded. On the contrary,the content of tannin in TN1 and content of total phenols in Ptb33 were decreased and lower than control. While the content of oxalic acid in RP1976-18-6-4-2,content of total phenols in RHT and 570011,content of tannin in B. W,Ptb33 and 570011 has fluctuated greatly after drowned with water. The regression analysis results indicated that the feeding amount of BPH biotype Ⅱ on 570011 was significantly negative correlation with the content of oxalic acid and total phenols,while Bangladesh on RHT was significantly positive correlation with the content of total phenols.
