摘要
司法治理是国家治理的重要领域和当前全面深化改革的重要战场,司法治理体系和治理能力现代化是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要观测指标。构建完善的司法治理体系,提升司法治理能力是全面推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的关键举措之一。区域司法协同治理主要通过多元主体的协同互动,着力构建一种有序的区域司法治理结构。在特定区域内,司法协同治理可在司法的领域探索区域社会治理的创新机制,形成司法与区域社会治理的良性互动,对于解决法治发展的区域性困境、推进司法治理体系和治理能力现代化具有重要意义。可从多元协同主体的构筑、法律规范体系的构建、协同治理制度的创新、区域司法文化的培育等方面探寻区域司法协同治理的多元化实现路径。
It is the inevitable logic for national governance to realize the modernization management by following the principle of law. Judicial governance is an important field of national governance as well as a vital battlefield during the process of current deepening reform. The modernization of the judicial governance system and governance capacity is an important indicator of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity. Constructing a perfect judicial management system and improving the ability of judicial governance is one of the key measures to comprehensively promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity. The synergetic governance of regional justice is mainly through the synergy of multiple subjects to construct a well-managed regional judicial governance structure. In a specific area,judicial synergetic governance can explore the innovation mechanism of regional social governance in the field of justice so as to establish the positive interaction between judicial and regional social governance. There are many ways to explore the diversified measures of the regional judicial synergetic governance,which includes cultivation of regional judicial culture,construction of the norm system of law,construction of multiple synergetic subjects,innovation of synergetic governance system,and so on.
