摘要
针对白酒装甑蒸馏工段生产技术落后、劳动生产率低等问题,设计了基于Lab VIEW的白酒自动化装甑蒸馏监控系统,实现了白酒装甑过程中蒸汽压力与冷凝水的自动控制。该系统以Lab VIEW为开发平台,介绍了系统的整体结构以及关键模块的实现。经过酒厂实际运行测试,证明该系统可以实现对白酒装甑蒸馏过程中的各参数进行监控,且提高了出酒率及优质酒率,同时具有很强的稳定性和可靠性。
To solve the problems of backward production technology and low labor productivity, we designed an automated monitoring system for steamer-filling distillation of Baijiu. Such system was developed with Lab VIEW and it could control steam pressure and condensate water automatically. In this paper, the overall structure of the system and the realization of key modules were introduced. The practical operation of such system in distilleries proved that it could achieve the monitoring of each parameter in steamer-filling distillation process, and it could enhance liquor yield and high quality rate, and it had strong stability and reliability.
