摘要
智能控制白酒立体发酵,引入仓储立体库的概念,把中国传统白酒生产流程和现代信息技术进行有效的集成与整合,对发酵槽输送、储存和库房管理等环节进行有效的过程管理与智能控制;实现白酒发酵槽"无人"仓储管理,发酵温度智能控制,生产操作的智能化,操作人员的权限化控制,操作情况和相关数据自动记录和保存,确保操作的可追溯性。
