摘要
目的:了解高血压直接经济负担现况,寻找减轻高血压直接经济负担的途径。方法:通过对1998-2008年3次国家卫生服务调查的数据进行分析,利用二步模型法,分城乡、分年龄对高血压直接经济负担进行对比和趋势分析。结果:不管是城市还是农村,35-44岁以及65岁以上人口高血压直接经济负担快速增长,尤其是城市和65岁以上人口高血压直接经济负担增长最快。结论:高血压给人们生活带来了巨大危害和经济负担,政府、卫生机构以及全社会都应该采取行动降低高血压患病率,减轻高血压患者就诊负担,提高全民健康水平。
Objective：To know the current situation of the direct economic burden of hypertension and find ways to alleviate it. Methods：By Analysing data of 3 National Health Service Investigation from 1998 to 2008, this paper compared direct economic burden of hypertension between urban and rural areas and analyzed the trend by different ages using a two-step model method. Results：either in city or country, direct economic burden of hypertension of people 35-44 years old or over 65 years grew fast, especially in city and people over 65 years were the fastest growing. Conclusion：High blood pressure brought great harm and economic burden to people＇s life. The government, health institutions and citizens in the whole society all should take action to reduce the prevalence of high blood pressure, reduce the medical burden of high blood pressure patients, improve the health level of the whole nation.
