摘要
通过分析艾滋病防治过程中预防和控制行为的经济属性,从经济效率角度探讨了政府在艾滋病防治领域的政策选择。同时,在对艾滋病防治行为进行具体分析的基础上,对艾滋病防治过程的成本分担问题提出了自己的见解。
This paper analyzes the process of AIDS prevention and control of the economic attributes of behavior,from the perspective of economic efficiency of government policy choices in the field of AIDS prevention,AIDS prevention and behavior on the basis of a detailed analysis of AIDS prevention and control process,put forward a cost-sharing own views and perspectives.
