摘要
目的了解湖南省劳教人群HIV防治知识掌握现状及影响因素,为更好的在劳教场所中开展HIV综合防治工作提供依据。方法按PPS法挑选抽样单位,选择湖南省4个劳教所作为本次研究现场,采用分层随机抽样法,调查了175名劳教人员,了解其社会人口学特征、行为特征、艾滋病防治知识掌握情况,应用SPSS软件进行多因素分析。结果 175名劳教人员调查时平均年龄为(33.89±7.16)岁,初中文化程度的人所占比例最大,为49.14%;152人(86.86%)有吸毒行为,145人注射吸毒,99人(68.28%)有共针现象;HIV防治知识知晓率为64%:影响劳教人群HIV防治知识知晓率的因素有"性别"、"文化程度"、"入所时间"、"入所次数"、"接受宣传教育形式/途径"。结论劳教人群HIV防治知识水平有待提高;劳教场所要加强检测和健康教育等干预措施。
Objective To investigate the utilization of HIV prevention knowledge and influencing factors among reeducation-through-labor personnel in Hunan Province,and to provide the evidence for better conducting comprehensive HIV prevention and treatment work in reeducation-through-labor sites. Methods With PPS sampling method,4 reeducation-through-labor sites were chosen to serve as the study sites.And 175 detainees were selected from the 4 sites by a stratified random sampling method.A questionnaire was used to survey demographic characteristics,behavioral characteristics,and the awareness of AIDS-related knowledge among them.Multivariate analysis was conducted with SPSS software. Results Of the 175 detainees,the average age was（33.89 ± 7.16） years,and 49.14% of them had junior middle school education.152（86.86%） were drug users,145 were injecting drug users,and 99（68.28%） had the history of sharing needle.The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge was 64%.The factors influencing the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge included ＂gender＂,＂educational background＂,＂the duration at the site＂,＂the times entering in the site＂,and ＂the mode/way of receiving education＂. Conclusions The level of HIV-related knowledge among detainees needs to be improved.It is necessary to strengthen testing,the related education,and other interventions in reeducation-through-labor sites.
