摘要
通过对废料滑落不畅问题的分析,对冲模废料滑出理论进行深入研究,总结了一些典型制件生产中废料滑出的解决方案,在该理论指导下,废料滑落不畅问题可以较好的在模具开发前期进行预防,缩短了模具制造调试周期,在提高模具质量的前提下,确保项目按时完成。
Through the scene feedbaek a series of the scrap sliding unsmooth problems in the debugging process, deep research in the theory of sliding out, summarized a number of typical product scrap sliding out of solution, in under the guidance of the theory, scrap sliding unsmooth problem can get a better solution prevent from the develop earlier stage, can shorten die manufacturing cycle adjustment, larger under the premise of improving the die quality, to ensure the timely completion of this project.
