摘要
采用Adams软件对某汽车发动机盖外板修边模二次切断废料的滑落状态进行干涉模拟,结果表明运用Adams软件可以识别隐藏干涉点,达到优化工艺废料排布、保证废料滑落顺畅、缩短零件开发周期、降低模具返修、报废风险的目的。
Using Adams software to simulate the scrap sliding interference of trim dies during secondary cutting-off for some automobile engine hood outer panel. The result showed the hiding interference point could be identified by Adams software, which optimized the scrap layout, ensured the scarp sliding smoothly, shorten the part developing period and reduced the die repairing and retiring.
