摘要
汽车模具修边工序是覆盖件成形的主要工序之一,为了解决现场调试工作量较大以及调试困难等问题,提出了对修边模的精细化处理。通过改善修边线、修边刀块、模具型面等方面,极大降低了现场调试难度,提高了零件质量。
The trimming process of automotive die is one of main process of stamping. Some fine treatment methods were presented to solve the problems of debugging and large debugging workload. By improving trimming line, trimming cutter and die surface, the difficulty of field debugging was greatly reduced and the quality of parts was improved.
