摘要
目的加强医院中药处方管理,提高中药处方质量,促进临床合理使用中药,保障医疗安全。方法对2014年全年抽取的2671张门诊处方从张数、涉及中药汤剂剂数、每张处方的费用、每剂的费用、处方不合理的分类、不合理的原因加以分析研究。结果显示该院中药处方基本合理,无大处方。归功于长期以来坚持的中药处方点评工作扎实深入。处方点评工作已见成效,要持之以恒把此项工作做好。结论为提高工作效率建议尝试专用软件网络点评处方。
Objective To strengthen traditional Chinese medicine prescription management, improve the quality, promote the clinical rational and protect the medical safety. Method 2671 outpatient prescriptions were selected and analyzed from aspects from the number of prescription, number of traditional Chinese medicine decoction, expense of each prescription, expense of each dose, unreasonable prescription classification and reasons for it. Results The results showed that the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions of this hospital were basically reasonable, which were attributed to its long-term persistence in a thorough and firm review on traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions. Now the review on traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions has borne fruits, and it takes perseverance to do it better. Conclusion In order to improve the efficiency of work, a special software network is proposed.
