摘要
目的探讨北京市社区卫生服务中心常见疾病高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症的用药情况。方法北京各区按照摇号集中抽取2017年6月12—16日北京市16个区县95家社区卫生服务中心共计290211张处方,分析常见疾病高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症"三高"的用药情况。结果"三高"处方相对较多(29.3%),对于高血压的治疗使用钙离子通道阻滞剂为主,尤其是硝苯地平的用量最高;糖尿病的处方占比为15.2%,降糖药主要使用口服剂型,阿卡波糖的用量最高;高脂血症处方占比为14.0%,用药主要为阿托伐他汀;"三高"合并心脑血管疾病较多。结论"三高"是北京市社区卫生服务中心最为常见的疾病,尤其高血压的患病率最高,钙离子通道阻滞剂为高血压主要选用药物,与其联用的药物最多种类为心血管系统药物。
Objective To explore the medication situation of common diseases such as hypertension,diabetes and hyperlipidemia in Beijing Community Health Service Center.Methods A total of 290211 prescriptions were collected from 95 community health service centers in 16 districts and counties of Beijing from June 12 to 16,2017 in all districts of Beijing according to lottery numbers,and the medication situation of common diseases of hypertension,diabetes,and hyperlipidemia were analyzed.Methods A total of 290211 prescriptions from 95 community health service centers in 16 districts and counties of Beijing from June 12-16,2017 were selected by lottery,and the"three high"medications for common diseases such as hypertension,diabetes,and hyperlipidemia were analyzed.Results"Three high"prescriptions were relatively more(29.3%).Calcium antagonists were mainly used for the treatment of hypertension,especially nifedipine was used mostly.Diabetes prescriptions accounted for 15.2%,hypoglycemic drugs mainly used were oral dosage forms,with the highest dosage of acarbose;hyperlipidemia prescriptions accounted for 14.0%,and the medication was mainly atorvastatin;"three highs"combined with heart disease were the most.Conclusion"Three highs"was the most common disease in Beijing community health service centers,calcium antagonis was the main drug of choice for hypertension and it was mostly combined with drugs of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
