摘要
目的观察地黄饮子治疗中风后失语临床疗效。方法将2013年1月—2015年1月在我院门诊或住院治疗的86例中风后失语患者随机分为对照组(43例)和治疗组(43例)。对照组口服抗血小板聚集、调脂降脂及相应对症治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用地黄饮子加减汤剂,治疗2月后进行疗效统计分析。结果总有效率方面,对照组为51.16%,治疗组为72.09%,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论地黄饮子治疗中风后失语,能显著提高有效率,无毒副作用,可增强机体免疫力,值得临床推广及进一步研究。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Dihuang Yinzi in the treatment of post-stroke aphasia. Methods 86 cases of patients with post-stroke aphasia in outpatient or in-patient treated from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group （ n=43 ） and treatment group （ n =43 ） . The control group was treated with anti-platelet aggregation, lipid-lowering and appropriate symptomatic treatment. The treatment group was added Dihuang Yinzi decoction on the basis of the control group. Statistical analysis on therapeutic effect was carried out after 2 months. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 51. 16%, while the total effective rate of the treatment group was 72. 09%, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Dihuang Yinzi decoction can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, enhance the body immunity, and without side effects, which is worthy of promotion and further research.
