摘要
目的探讨管氏舌针配合言语功能训练治疗卒中后运动性失语的临床效果.方法选取2020年5月—2021年4月卒中后运动性失语患者80例,随机分为两组.试验组40例采用管氏舌针配合言语功能训练,对照组40例采用言语功能训练,均持续治疗4周.比较两组改良汉语失语成套测验(ABC)评分和言语康复效果.结果治疗后,试验组的ABC中自发谈话和复述能力评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组的总有效率95.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论管氏舌针配合言语功能训练可以提高卒中后运动性失语患者的康复效果,改善言语功能.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Guan's tongue acupuncture combined with speech function training in the treatment of motor aphasia after stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with post-stroke motor aphasia from May 2020 to April 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.40 cases in the experimental group were treated with Guanshi tongue acupuncture combined with speech function training,40 cases in the control group were treated with speech function training,and the treatment continued for 4 weeks.The scores of the modified Chinese aphasia test(ABC)and the effect of speech rehabilitation were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of spontaneous conversation and repetition in the ABC of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.00%higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guan's tongue acupuncture combined with speech function training can improve the rehabilitation effect of post-stroke motor aphasia patients and improve speech function.
