摘要
为深入探究高职教师产生消极情绪的成因和解决策略,选用高职教师消极情绪来源问卷、高职教师工作满意度问卷、消极情绪问卷对800名高职教师进行测试。结果显示,高职教师消极情绪是工作满意度的一个重要的预测变量。通过改善工作关系、优化组织因素、提高自我实现、加强能力素质、完善绩效管理等方式可以有效地缓解高职教师的消极情绪,维持其身心健康。
In order to find the causes of negative emotions of vocational teachers, to provide proposal for sol- ving the issues, this paper takes the Scale of Vocational Teachers Negative Emotion Source, the Scale of Vocational Teachers Job Satisfaction, and the Scale of Negative Emotion to test 800 vocational teachers. The results show that Negative Emotion Source directly affected vocational teachers'negative emotions, and indirectly affected their job satisfaction by vocational teachers" negative emotions. The negative emotion of vocational teacher is an important predictive variable of job satisfaction, which could effectively alleviate the negative emotions of vocational teachers and maintain their physical and mental health by improving working relationships, optimizing organization, improving self- realization, strengthening ability, perfecting per- formance management.
