摘要
针对卫星通信系统小型化需求,介绍了一种基于LTCC技术的Ku频段上变频模块设计。采用薄膜微组装工艺,设计了小型化高性能多工器,利用低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术,通过对LTCC微波信号过渡结构进行仿真和优化,以及带传输零点的高抑制度X和Ku频段LTCC滤波器的设计,使小型化的同时模块的电性能指标得到保证。最终实现的Ku频段LTCC上变频模块的体积为39.2 mm×33.1 mm×13 mm,约为原来的1/8,LTCC技术有效地实现了产品的小型化。
In this paper,the design of a Ku-band up-converter based on LTCC technology is presented.By using thin-film micro-packaging technology,the multiplexer as one of the sub-circuits becomes smaller and performs well. The microwave signal transition structure in the module is simulated and analyzed,meanwhile,to achieve high rejection,the X and Ku band filters used in the module are designed with transmission-zeros on the stop band.Finally, not only do the test resuhs of the up-converter meet all the design target well,but also the size is reduced to 39.2 mm×33.1 mm× 13 mm,as big as 1/8 of the original,which means LTCC technology meets the requirements on miniaturization well.
