具有良好可测性的高集成度超宽带变频模块设计

摘要 射频变频通道模块通常有混合集成或者低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)一体化集成两种实现方式,无法同时兼顾高集成度与可测试性。一种高集成度超宽带(2 GHz~ 18 GHz)射频变频模块被研究,可将2 GHz~ 18 GHz的射频信号变换成1.8 GHz的中频信号以供后续信号处理。该模块不仅具有小型化的优点,还具有良好的可测性、可调试性与返修性,同时也能很好解决变频通道内的电磁兼容问题。 RF frequency conversion channel module usually has two implementation ways including hybrid integration or Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) integration,which cannot take into account both high integration and testability.An ultra-wideband (2 GHz~ 18 GHz) RF frequency conversion module with high integration has been studied.It can transform GHz RF signal with 2 GHz~ 18 GHz into Intermediate Frequency (IF) signal with 1.8 GHz for subsequent signal processing.The module not only has the advantages of miniaturization,but also has good testability,easy to adjust and repair.And it can also solve the electromagnetic compatibility problem well in the frequency conversion channel.
