摘要
社会资本是一种稳定的、制度化的可以提供一定资源的社会关系网络,它在人与人、人与组织以及组织与组织之间的长期交往过程中逐步形成,并且能为个人或组织带来收益。中国科学社作为近代中国最大的科学社团,通过与会员、其它组织、政府等之间的密切联系,形成了强大的社会关系网络,是中国科学社在近代中国取得成功的重要原因。社会资本理论及中国科学社的成功实践对当今中国科技社团的改革与发展有着重要的意义。
