摘要
微观社会资本在民间组织的发展中起着核心作用,这种核心作用主要体现在"建构"过程中。建构主要包括民间组织无条件的获利和有条件的获利两种,有条件的利用社会资本会带来组织的改变。民间组织合理对待社会资本将成为组织发展的关键。
Micro social capital takes a core function in the development of non-governmental organization,which embodies in the process of construction. Construction includes two kinds：unconditioned profit obtains and conditioned profit obtains. Taking advantage of social capital conditionally can bring organizational change. Proper treatment of social capital is the key to organizational development for non-governmental organization.
