摘要
智能电网的发展将促进传统能源系统向未来能源系统的重要转型,并催生了一系列新型数据源,一方面促进了整个能源系统控制和创新技术发展;另一方面由于数据收集的量更大且时间间隔更小,对海量数据处理和数据分析技术提出了新的需求和挑战。文章通过分析智能电表、需求侧响应、动态电价、智能家庭、储能、能源数据管理决策等6种典型未来能源场景,详细阐述了这些典型场景在数据处理与分析方面的需求与挑战,重点针对未来电力能源系统中数据预测与分类、模式检测、分解、最优化、隐私保护等方面的问题展开探讨,并给出相应解决方案。
The development of smart grid will facilitate the transformation from traditional energy system to the future power energy system. The smart grid will result in new data sources which will promote the entire energy system control and innovation technologies. Otherwise, more data at fi ner granularity collected brings requirements and challenges for data processing and data analysis techniques. In this paper, by analyzing 6 typical energy scenarios including smart meters, demand response, dynamic electricity price, smart home, energy storage, energy data management and decision-making, the challenges and requirements of the data processing and analysis are discussed in detail. Focus on the issues of data prediction and classifi cation, pattern detection, disaggregation, optimization, privacy-preserving in future power energy system, the analysis and the corresponding solutions are provided.
