摘要
文章基于多业务系统的数据融合和数据挖掘,设计了一种配电网故障主动抢修指挥监控平台。利用数据分析和数据可视化方法,重点研究了配网重过载预测预警技术、故障类型自动研判算法和热点报修小区分析定位,以及工单优化派发等方法,实现对配网抢修全过程的实时监控、预警、工单派发、信息发布、数据分析结果展示和数据库等功能。文中介绍了平台的全景监测、报修预警、实时态势、工单分析等具体功能,较全面地实现了对配网抢修业务流程关键节点及指标的过程全景监控,解决了以往无法对配网抢修实时态势进行有效跟踪和实时管控的问题,进一步大幅提高抢修效率。试点应用表明,本平台具有全面推广应用的价值和前景。
Based on the data fusion and data mining of service systems,this paper designs a command and monitoring platform for active repair of distribution network fault.By using the methods of data analysis and data visualization,this paper focuses on the prediction and warning technology of distribution network overload,the algorithm of automatic judgment of fault type,the analysis and positioning of hot area which need rush-repaired more seriously,and the method of work order optimization distribution,to realize the functions of real-time monitoring,early warning,work order distribution,information release,data analysis result display and database in the whole process of distribution network repair.This paper introduces the specific functions of the platform,such as overall monitoring,early warning for repair application,real-time situation,work order analysis,etc..The platform comprehensively realizes the process panoramic monitoring of key nodes and indicators of distribution network rush repair business process.It solves the problem that the real-time situation of distribution network emergency repair can not be effectively tracked and controlled in the past,and further improves the efficiency of emergency repair.This platform will have a deep and comprehensive application value and prospect.
